Sarah Chang
Sarah Chang was born in Philadelphia in 1980.
She made her first appearances at the age of 5.
Sarah Chang then had her debut in “Carnegie Hall”. Sarah Chang is so popular with her audience that her concerts are often sold out. In Seoul (2001) 45,000 people followed her impressive performance.
The famous violin virtuoso Isaac Stern has been Sarah Chang's mentor since she was 6 years old. From him she acquired her favorite instrument, a violin made by the famous Italian master Joseph Guarneri del Gesù in 1717.
